Ahmed Ali: We are building Africa’s health future together
Addis Ababa, May 24 (Hibya) - Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed Ali announced that he met with Rwandan doctors and African healthcare workers receiving specialist training in Ethiopia.
Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed Ali announced that he met with 128 Rwandan doctors receiving specialist training in Ethiopia, along with more than 400 healthcare workers from different African countries.
Ahmed Ali stated that these doctors contribute to the development of the expertise and qualified healthcare services needed for Africa’s future in the health sector. The statement noted that educational institutions play an important role in training the next generation of African healthcare leaders.
Ahmed Ali added that efforts to build a healthier Africa through joint education and cooperation are continuing.
