Canberra, September 14 (Hibya) - Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese said he met with King Charles III of the United Kingdom and conveyed the best wishes of the Australian people.

Referring to ties with the Royal Family, Albanese said, "It was a privilege to meet His Majesty King Charles III this evening. His affection for the Australian people remains strong. I conveyed Australia's best wishes to him and the Royal Family."
