In a post, Anand said the sanctions aim to disrupt the flow of technology and equipment supporting the Kremlin's war against Ukraine.
Stating that they are targeting individuals and entities contributing to Russia's war machine, Anand said Canada will continue to hold accountable individuals and entities that profit from Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
