Asteroid Sample Reaches Texas

The first asteroid samples brought back from space by NASA have arrived in the state of Texas, United States.
In a statement on NASA's social media account, it was stated, "Welcome to Houston, OSIRIS-REx! The asteroid sample has reached Texas today and will be curated and protected here by our team at Johnson. The collected information could assist scientists around the world in researching planet formation, the origins of life, and the potential impacts of asteroids on Earth."
