In an instruction by Chinese President Xi Jinping, it was emphasized that creating a new type of industrialization in the new era is a critical task for realizing Chinese-style modernization, building a strong state, and achieving national rejuvenation.

Xi Jinping pointed out that advancing the new type of industrialization is a systematic project and that forces need to be combined to implement a working model where the party committee takes united leadership, the government is responsible for implementation, enterprises play the main role, and society is broadly involved.

The National Conference to Advance China's New Industrialization began yesterday in the capital city, Beijing.

Chinese Premier Li Qiang, in his speech at the conference, emphasized the need to adapt to the demands and changes of the times, enhance the resilience and security of industrial and supply chains, strengthen industrial innovation capability, advance the integration of digital technology and the real economy, and promote environmentally friendly development of the industry.

Premier Li Qiang also highlighted the need to deepen reform, expand opening up, and harness the complementary advantages of various types of enterprises.
