Brussels, May 2 (Hibya) - EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Josep Borrell met with Iranian Foreign Minister Husein Emir Abdullahiyan.
EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Borrell met with Iranian Foreign Minister Husein Emir Abdullahiyan to highlight the importance of reducing regional tension and restrictions.
Borrell also emphasized the need for continued efforts to prevent the spread of nuclear weapons, stating, "I explained the EU's sanctions against Iranian drones and missiles. I also raised the issue of the situation of EU citizens arbitrarily detained in Iran."
