The IDF said that Hamas terrorist infrastructure was targeted during operations conducted in the Gaza Strip.

According to the statement, the strikes destroyed a weapons depot, a weapons manufacturing facility, and a missile launch site. The statement claimed that these weapons and facilities posed a threat to Israeli soldiers and civilians, and that the targets were struck in order to eliminate that threat.

The Israeli military also said that units under the Southern Command remain deployed in the area in accordance with existing agreements and will continue operations against elements it considers to pose a threat.
