Dutch Prime Minister Rob Jetten held a meeting with DNB President Olaf Sleijpen.

Highlighting the advisory role of DNB, Jetten said, “The Netherlands Central Bank is the central bank of the Netherlands and the regulator of the financial system. Therefore, it is an important advisory body for this Cabinet. Today I met with DNB President Olaf Sleijpen.”

Providing information about the content of the meeting, Prime Minister Jetten said, “We discussed the Cabinet’s goals such as keeping public finances under control and the latest macroeconomic developments.”

Jetten concluded his statement by saying, “We also discussed the potential economic consequences of the current conflict in the Middle East.”
