Lahbib: The EU Remains Determined to Protect Lives
Brussels, 9 December (Hibya) – European Union Commissioner for Equality, Preparedness and Crisis Management, Hadja Lahbib, announced that they held a meeting with the World Health Organization’s Regional Directors for Europe and Africa.
EU Commissioner Hadja Lahbib stated that they met with the WHO Regional Directors for Europe and Africa.
Lahbib said: “We discussed with our WHO Regional Directors the major health threats facing our regions and how cooperation with this vital partner can be strengthened.”
Emphasising the European Union’s continued commitment, Lahbib added: “The EU remains fully determined to improve preparedness and protect lives.”
