Metsola said drone attacks on commercial vessels near the Bulgarian coast pose an additional threat to security and stability in the Black Sea, which is of critical importance to all of Europe, noting that attacks on civilian shipping have become a worrying trend.
Metsola stressed that these attacks must stop and expressed her sorrow for the missing seafarers, their families and everyone affected by the incidents.
