Istanbul, August 31 (Hibya) - The latest data showed diverging trends in government bond yields across global markets. The yields on 10-year bonds in the United States and the United Kingdom declined, while those in Germany, Japan and France increased.

The yield on the U.S. 10-year Treasury stood at 4.71 percent, with a daily change of minus 0.012 points.
The yield on Germany's 10-year Bund rose to 3.2922 percent. The daily increase in the yield was 0.0189 points.
Japan's 10-year government bond yield rose to 2.946 percent, with a daily change of 0.015 points.
The yield on the United Kingdom's 10-year government bond declined to 5.1431 percent. The daily decline in the yield was recorded at 0.0064 points.
France's 10-year government bond yield rose to 4.139 percent. The daily increase in the yield was 0.0218 points.
As a result, bond yields declined in the United States and the United Kingdom, while 10-year yields rose in Germany, Japan and France.
