Mucunski met with Kallas
Brussels, 2 December (Hibya) – North Macedonia’s Foreign Minister, Timčo Mucunski, reiterated his country’s commitment to reforms and its support for the EU integration process during his meeting in Brussels with the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas.
North Macedonia’s Foreign Minister Mucunski met in Brussels with the EU High Representative Kallas. The meeting was also attended by North Macedonia’s Minister for European Affairs, Orhan Murtezani.
Mucunski stated that they reaffirmed the country’s commitment to reforms, the EU integration process, and deeper cooperation with the Union in the fields of security and defence. He highlighted that North Macedonia is fully aligned with the EU’s Common Foreign and Security Policy and continues its support for Ukraine.
The meeting emphasized the importance of regional connectivity and strategic projects such as Corridor 8. The EU side was conveyed the message that a “fair, predictable, and concrete” European perspective is essential for North Macedonia and the entire region.
