Palestinian Foreign Minister Shahin receives credentials of Czechia’s new representative
Ramallah, October 5 (Hibya) - Palestinian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Varsen Aghabekyan Shahin received the credentials of Czechia’s new representative to Palestine, Silva Pflasova. Shahin called on Czechia to provide political support alongside humanitarian assistance.
According to a statement from the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Minister Varsen Aghabekyan Shahin received the credentials of Czechia’s new representative to Palestine, Silva Pflasova. Director General for European Affairs and Senior Adviser Gada Arafat also attended the meeting.
Shahin congratulated the new representative on her appointment and wished her success in her work. Noting her appreciation for Czechia’s humanitarian support for the Palestinian people, Shahin stressed the importance of continuing this support on the political level as well.
Shahin also called on Czechia to adopt the New York Declaration and support efforts to achieve peace based on the two-state solution.
Czechia’s new representative to Palestine, Silva Pflasova, reaffirmed her country’s support for the two-state solution and the rights of the Palestinian people.
