The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates announced that a new attack targeting civilians had been carried out in the Gaza Strip, killing 5 Palestinians.
According to the ministry's statement, 5 people were killed in an attack by Israeli warplanes on a residence in the Gaza Strip, including 4 women. Several people were also reported to have been injured in the attack.
The statement alleged that Israel had failed to comply with the ceasefire following the attack and that the entry of humanitarian aid into Gaza had been blocked. The ministry called on the US administration to take the necessary steps regarding Israel and to ensure the protection of civilians.
The Palestinian Foreign Ministry also called on the international community to fulfill its responsibilities to protect civilians, ensure the delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza and establish a permanent ceasefire in the region.
