Prime Minister Mustafa: We will strengthen technical and vocational education to rebuild Gaza
Ramallah, November 2 (Hibya) – Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa announced the launch of the process to update Palestine's National Technical and Vocational Education and Training Strategy. Mustafa emphasized that technical and vocational education is vital for economic recovery, development and social resilience.
Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa stated that the updated strategy aims to contribute to Gaza's reconstruction by accelerating the training of a skilled workforce. He described technical and vocational education as one of the fundamental pillars supporting the country's economic development.
Mustafa noted that the new strategy aims to develop skills aligned with labor market needs and strengthen productive employment. He said, "Technical and vocational education plays a vital role in economic recovery, development and resilience."
Mustafa stated that the update process would help train qualified workers to support Gaza's reconstruction, adding that reforms in education would form an important part of the country's long-term development goals.
