Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Russian President Vladimir Putin delivered a speech at the plenary session of the Russia-Africa Economic and Humanitarian Cooperation Forum held in Moscow.

Emphasizing in his speech that a multipolar world is irreversibly becoming a reality, Putin stated that Africa is increasingly asserting itself as one of the poles of the global economy and politics. He said, "The continent is experiencing a new awakening: its sovereignty is strengthening, and its influence and standing on the world stage are growing. Most importantly, Africans have an unwavering determination to defend their own interests and a desire to shape their own future and choose their own paths of development."

Describing Russia as a leader in the global race for technological sovereignty, Putin highlighted the country's shared interests with Africa. He stated, "Our common interest is to improve Africans' access to affordable, sustainable and environmentally friendly energy sources and to help develop local energy markets in Africa, including in areas where Russia possesses unique technologies. This work is already underway. More than 30 promising energy projects are being jointly implemented in 16 African countries."

Putin also stated that Russia is interested in developing trade, economic and humanitarian cooperation with all African countries.
