Qatari Ambassador Al Mahmoud attended meeting with Arab ambassadors
Warsaw, March 24 (Hibya) - Polish Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski expressed his country’s gratitude to the State of Qatar during a meeting with Arab ambassadors for its support in evacuating Polish citizens from conflict zones in the region.
The Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement regarding high-level diplomatic contacts held in Warsaw, the capital of Poland.
The State of Qatar’s Ambassador to Poland, Saoud bin Abdullah Zaid Al Mahmoud, took part in the broad meeting hosted by Polish Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski, attended by ambassadors from countries in the region.
During the meeting, the impact of recent developments in the Middle East on global security, the economy, and international relations was discussed.
Sikorski conveyed his country’s thanks to the State of Qatar for facilitating the evacuation of Polish citizens who faced difficulties leaving the region.
