Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Israeli Foreign Minister Saar said in his statement ahead of Passover that freedom can only be preserved with the will to defend it. Saar said, “Without the determination to protect freedom, there is no freedom.”

Stating that Israel has been under constant security threat since its founding, Saar emphasized that the country’s continued existence is only possible through military strength and the will to fight.

Pointing to Iran as the main threat, Saar claimed that Iran has developed a concrete “plan of destruction” not only at the level of rhetoric, but also through ballistic missiles and regional proxies. He also stated that Iran’s nuclear program increases this threat.

Saar argued that the security decisions taken in June 2025 and February 2026 were aimed at “eliminating the threat of annihilation” against Israel, adding that he was proud to be part of the security cabinet led by Benjamin Netanyahu during this process.

Saying, “Today we eliminated the threat of annihilation,” Saar added that despite this, Israel would continue to remain vigilant against threats in the future as well.

At the end of his statement, Saar said that Israel would continue to increase its military, economic, and technological power, adding: “Israel will never accept living under the threat of annihilation.”

Saar concluded his message with the words: “Happy Freedom Holiday.”
