Saidov emphasizes political dialogue and cooperation between Uzbekistan and Palestine
Tashkent, January 27 (Hibya) – Uzbekistan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bakhtiyor Saidov, announced that he discussed Uzbekistan–Palestine relations with Jibril Mahmoud Mohammed er-Rajoub, Secretary General of the Fatah Central Committee.
Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister Saidov stated that he met with the Secretary General of the Fatah Central Committee, er-Rajoub. During the meeting, the current state of relations between Uzbekistan and Palestine and future perspectives were discussed.
Saidov noted that the parties confirmed their mutual will to further strengthen political dialogue and expand cooperation in many areas.
Emphasizing that Uzbekistan consistently supports efforts aimed at peace, stability and sustainable development for the Palestinian people, Saidov added that the commitment to contribute to humanitarian assistance for the welfare and well-being of the people of Gaza was also reiterated.
