US bond yields fall while Japanese bond yields rise
Istanbul, August 3 (Hibya) - US bond yields declined in global bond markets on the final trading day of the week, while Japan's long-term bond yields increased.

The yield on the US 10-year Treasury fell 5.1 basis points to 4.694%, while the 30-year Treasury yield dropped 3.9 basis points to 5.236%. The US 2-year Treasury yield decreased 4.3 basis points to 4.248%.
In Japan, the 10-year bond yield rose 3.4 basis points to 2.825%, while the 30-year bond yield climbed to 3.991% and the 40-year bond yield reached 4.031%.
In bond futures, the US 10-year T-Note contract rose 0.33% to 108.36, while the US 30-year T-Bond contract gained 0.58% to 108.94.
In Europe, Germany's 10-year bond futures contract, the Euro Bund, traded 0.17% higher at 124.57, while the UK's Gilt futures contract fell 0.30% to 86.49.
