Yeşilgöz-Zegerius: A stronger Europe also strengthens NATO
Amsterdam, July 7 (Hibya) – Dutch Defense Minister Dilan Yeşilgöz-Zegerius said the Netherlands aims to enhance the security of both the country and its allies by increasing investments in defense.
Dutch Defense Minister Dilan Yeşilgöz-Zegerius stated that the Netherlands has increased its investments in defense.
In her statement, Yeşilgöz-Zegerius emphasized that a stronger Europe also means a stronger NATO.
“A stronger Europe strengthens NATO. That is why, as the Netherlands, we are investing in our armed forces, our defense industry, and our economy,” Yeşilgöz-Zegerius said.
Stressing that the Netherlands is taking responsibility, Yeşilgöz-Zegerius added, “This is necessary to safeguard the security of both the Netherlands and our allies.”
