Dutch Defense Minister Dilan Yeşilgöz-Zegerius said the rehearsal held on the beach was carried out through cooperation between reservists and active-duty military personnel.

Referring to the preparation details of the rehearsal, Yeşilgöz-Zegerius said, "Today, the final rehearsal for the Cavalry Guard of Honour as part of Prinsjesdag (Prince's Day) was held on the beach. It was a wonderful collaboration between reservists and active-duty military personnel. In addition, a large number of horses were provided by private horse owners."

Emphasizing the importance of the traditional event, Yeşilgöz-Zegerius said, "It is through this kind of cooperation that we make sure Prinsjesdag takes place every year."
