Zelenski: We are working to include European countries in sanction regimes
Kyiv, July 19 (Hibya) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenski said they are working with European countries outside the European Union to join relevant sanction regimes.
President Zelenski announced that he received a report from Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha and summarized their work on the 18th sanction package with their partners in the European Union.
He stated that he ordered the immediate synchronization of the package within Ukraine's jurisdiction and said:
“Also, we are working to include European countries outside the EU in the relevant sanction regimes. Secondly, the Minister provided information about ongoing agreements with the United States. There is good momentum; we are confident in achieving good results and are strengthening our cooperation with the U.S. This Monday, we are preparing to hold a meeting with ambassadors to set priorities, including future relations with the United States.”
