Zelensky: Domestic production must increase in Ukraine’s defense industry
Kyiv, July 16 (Hibya) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky held a meeting focused on the defense sector. The meeting addressed domestic weapons production, agreements with international partners, and supply processes for the Ukrainian army.
Zelensky stated that all contracts, agreements, and investment projects were analyzed in detail, and that steps to be taken in the near future and key indicators for evaluating defense management efficiency by the end of the year were identified.
President Zelensky emphasized the need for more domestically produced weapons in the defense field.
