Zelensky emphasized that Europe, along with America, possesses better weapons than Russia, stating: “We also have stronger tactical solutions — the ‘Spider Web’ operation we carried out yesterday proved that.”

He said that Russia must feel what losses truly mean, and that this will push it toward diplomacy.

Zelensky said: “When Russia suffers losses in this war, it becomes clear to everyone that Ukraine is holding the line not just for itself, but for all of Europe.”

He thanked his partners during the summit in Vilnius with the Bucharest Nine and Scandinavian countries, noting that they are coordinating their steps together.
