Zelensky stated that a report was presented on the consequences of last night's attack and noted that the Russians launched a missile strike on energy facilities.

Emphasizing that air defense systems responded, Zelensky said: "Even on the eve of the trilateral talks in Geneva, the Russian army has no order other than to continue attacking Ukraine. This clearly shows how Russia approaches the diplomatic efforts of our partners."

Zelensky also added: "Every Russian missile is the aggressor’s response to calls to end the war. Therefore, we stress that this war can realistically be ended only if sufficient pressure is applied on Russia and clear security guarantees are provided for Ukraine. I thank everyone who supports us in this effort."
