Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky issued a statement regarding his recent diplomatic engagements and new military and economic assistance packages to be provided to Ukraine.

In remarks shared on social media, Zelensky stated that Spain would provide Ukraine with a new defense package worth €437 million. He said the package would support Ukrainian soldiers serving on the front lines.

Zelensky also reported that Germany was preparing a winter support package, particularly targeting the energy sector, to strengthen Ukraine's resilience. He noted that efforts were continuing to accelerate missile deliveries for Patriot and IRIS-T air defense systems and to increase assistance for F-16 aircraft.

Stating that visits in recent days had produced significant results, Zelensky announced that Ukraine had been represented for the first time at the Ibero-American Summit held in Madrid. He said Latin American countries had heard Ukraine's views directly and had provided support, particularly in supplying equipment needed for the country's electricity grid.

Zelensky stated that he had held discussions with US President Donald Trump's special envoy Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, and had also spoken by telephone with Finnish President Alexander Stubb.

Emphasizing that work was underway on new diplomatic initiatives, Zelensky thanked all parties supporting Ukraine.
