President Zelensky stated that Ukraine will wait for the signals the US delegation will provide after its contacts in Russia, noting that the delegation plans to brief them directly immediately after these meetings.

Zelensky emphasized that the next steps will depend on these signals, saying:

“We will definitely receive some kind of signal. If these signals take a certain shape and show that a ‘fair process’ is being conducted with our partners, we can meet with the US delegation very soon. The level of the meeting will be determined according to the signals received. If these signals create an opportunity for global yet rapid decisions, the meeting will be held at a higher level.”

Zelensky added: “I am ready to receive all the signals and I am ready to meet President Trump as well. Everything depends on the results of today’s contacts.”
