China Media Group (CMG) organized the event "Moving Forward: Jointly Making Films to Celebrate the 60th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations Between China and France" in the French capital, Paris.

Shen Haixiong, Deputy Head of the Publicity Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and President of CMG, expressed hope at the event that the films jointly produced with French media organizations, including France Télévisions, would increase mutual understanding between the two countries.

French Director Jacques Malaterre stated that the cooperation between the two countries in the field of culture reflects values such as equality, mutual respect, "everything for the people," and peace.

During the event, the premiere of the French documentary film "Doctor Bussiere, the Heart of China" was held. Additionally, CMG and TV5MONDE in France signed a cooperation protocol for the production of the short film "Witnessing 60 Years of History."
