Bayramov meets with Jordanian Deputy Prime Minister Safadi
Baku, July 8 (Hibya) - Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with Jordan's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi.
Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said he was pleased to welcome Jordan's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi, noting that they held comprehensive discussions aimed at strengthening bilateral relations.
Outlining the main focus of the meeting, Bayramov said: "Our discussions focused on further advancing the long-standing friendship and partnership between Azerbaijan and Jordan."
Emphasizing the importance of close dialogue, Bayramov stated: "We reviewed opportunities to expand cooperation in the fields of politics, economy, trade, investment, transport, energy, humanitarian assistance, education, and tourism, and underscored the importance of our close political dialogue."
Referring to their common positions on international platforms and shared global objectives, Bayramov said: "We also exchanged views on regional and international developments, reaffirmed our commitment to continued coordination within multilateral organizations, and highlighted our shared interest in promoting peace, stability, and sustainable development."
