Ottawa, May 1 (Hibya) – Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney announced that a new model will be introduced in housing production under the “Maisons Canada” program. The program aims to increase housing supply and reduce costs.
Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney announced that they have launched a new process to transform housing construction methods in the country. Under the program, the widespread use of modular and prefabricated homes is planned.
Carney stated: “Thanks to ‘Maisons Canada’, we are transforming the way housing is built in the country.” He also added: “We are using Canadian technologies to build modular and prefabricated homes that will allow us to increase housing supply and reduce your costs.”
