Estonia celebrates NATO’s 77th anniversary
Tallinn, April 4 (Hibya) - Estonia marked the 77th anniversary of NATO, of which it has been a member since 2004, emphasizing its commitment to the alliance’s mission of collective security and deterrence.
The Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement on the 77th anniversary of NATO’s founding. The statement noted that Estonia, as a member of the alliance since 2004, is committed to strengthening collective security, reinforcing deterrence, and contributing to allied defense.
The ministry’s statement also highlighted the importance of NATO membership with the emphasis “32 allies, one purpose.” Estonia stated that it will continue to stand in solidarity with the alliance in the global security environment.
