Herzog: I strongly condemn the violence in the Nablus area
Jerusalem, February 27 (Hibya) - Israeli President Isaac Herzog condemned the acts of violence in the Nablus area, stating that such actions are contrary to Israel’s values and laws.
Israeli President Isaac Herzog made a statement regarding the escalating violence in the Nablus area.
Describing the events as "unacceptable," Herzog emphasized that the violence not only threatens personal safety but also exceeds legal boundaries.
Herzog expressed that these actions are inconsistent with the core principles of the State of Israel, saying, "This kind of violence endangers personal safety, crosses a red line, and is completely contrary to the values of the State of Israel, its laws, and the values of Judaism."
Pointing out that this situation negatively impacts the country's global image, Herzog stated, "This serious incident is added to the recent series of difficult and unacceptable events that harm Israel's good name worldwide, primarily concerning the settlement initiative."
