Spain's Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union, and Cooperation, Jose Manuel Albares, announced that the country hosted a meeting with representatives from the Ibero-American region to discuss the participation of disabled individuals in social life and the protection of their rights.

Minister Jose Manuel Albares emphasized that inclusivity is one of Spain's key priorities in foreign policy.

Stating that Spain plays an active global role in the area of disabled rights, Albares said, "Spain's foreign policy is committed to the rights of disabled individuals worldwide. Today, we hosted the Ibero-American Disabled Persons Conference at our Ministry."
