IDF: Interception carried out against suspicious aerial target in southern Lebanon
Jerusalem, May 11 (Hibya) - The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that an interceptor missile was launched against a suspicious aerial target detected in the area of operations in southern Lebanon.
In a statement issued by the IDF, it was said: “A short while ago, an interceptor missile was launched against a suspicious aerial target detected in the area where the Israel Defense Forces are operating in southern Lebanon. The interception results are under review.” The statement also noted that, in accordance with policy, no warning systems were activated.
