Israel: Hezbollah continues ceasefire violations
Jerusalem, May 4 (Hibya) – Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that Hezbollah continues launching rockets from Lebanon and that the Lag BaOmer event has been scaled down for security reasons.
Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that Hezbollah continues to violate the ceasefire by launching rockets from Lebanon toward northern Israel.
The statement noted that, for security reasons, the Lag BaOmer gathering on Mount Meron has been reduced from an event attended by tens of thousands to a limited and symbolic program. The ministry emphasized that the priority is ensuring the safety of lives.
