Kallas: Moscow’s invasion is a complete strategic failure
Brussels, February 24 (Hibya) – The European Union (EU) High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas stated that in the fourth year of the war in Ukraine, Russia has not won.

In every respect, Moscow’s invasion is a complete strategic failure, Kallas stated, adding:
“As the Coalition of the Willing, we agree that the fastest way to end the war is to increase support for Ukraine and intensify pressure on Russia. Striking Russia’s shadow tanker fleet would devastate Moscow’s war chest.”
