The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas, spoke about the latest situation in Ukraine and the new support steps planned by the EU.

Kallas said, "Russia is not winning this war. The loss of life is rapidly increasing and its economy is in trouble."

Kallas mentioned that the aid to Ukraine would be deepened, stating, "Today, ministers will discuss how we can provide further support to Ukraine. On the table, there are proposals for the establishment of two training facilities within Ukraine and for activating additional private capital through the European Investment Bank."
