Kusherbayev meets with Georgian President Kavelashvili
Tbilisi, April 7 (Hibya) - Kazakhstan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Ermek Kusherbayev met with Georgian President Mikheil Kavelashvili in Tbilisi, reaffirming their intention to deepen cooperation between the two countries and make the best use of existing potential.
Kazakhstan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Kusherbayev was received by Georgian President Kavelashvili as part of his official visit to Tbilisi.
During the meeting, Kavelashvili expressed satisfaction with the positive course and development dynamics of cooperation between the two countries. Kusherbayev conveyed greetings from Kazakhstan’s President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and emphasized that the historical friendship and tradition of mutual assistance between the two countries strengthen cooperation.
At the meeting, comprehensive issues of bilateral cooperation were discussed, and the main directions of partnership and interaction within multilateral formats were also evaluated.
At the end of the meeting, both sides once again emphasized the high potential of Kazakhstan–Georgia cooperation and the importance of resolving current issues in the most efficient manner and enhancing mutual interaction.
