Lahbib thanks humanitarian aid workers
Brussels, May 9 (Hibya) - European Union (EU) Commissioner for Equality and Crisis Management Hadja Lahbib thanked humanitarian aid workers operating in Lebanon and other regions for their work supporting displaced people and refugees.
European Union (EU) Commissioner for Equality, Preparedness and Crisis Management Hadja Lahbib published a message addressed to humanitarian aid workers.
Lahbib stated that teams operating in various regions, especially in Lebanon, are carrying out extraordinary work by coordinating healthcare, shelter and protection services for displaced people and refugees.
Thanking especially those supporting Syrian and Palestinian refugees as well as affected communities, Lahbib said: “We hear you. Thank you.”
