Tripoli, September 23 (Hibya)- Naji Mukhtar, First Deputy Chairman of Libya's High Council of State, met with Qatar's Ambassador to Libya Khalid bin Mohammed Zabin Al Dosari.

According to a statement posted on the Qatari Foreign Ministry's social media account, bilateral cooperation relations between the two countries were discussed during the meeting held on September 23.
