Message from Somali President to the Emir of Qatar
Doha, August 30 (Hibya) - The Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, received a written message from Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud regarding relations between the two countries and the development of cooperation.
The Emir of Qatar, Al Thani, received a written message from Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud.
According to a statement by Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the message was delivered during a meeting between Somali Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre and Qatar's Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, as part of Barre's visit to Qatar.
The message reportedly addressed bilateral relations between Qatar and Somalia, as well as ways to further deepen and develop those relations.
