President of Montenegro Jakov Milatovic described the participation of para snowboarder Andrej Sibalic as a historic turning point for his country.

Stating that Sibalic’s achievement is not merely a sporting result, Milatovic said, “For the first time in its history, Montenegro will have a representative at the Winter Paralympic Games, and this honor belongs to our para snowboarder Andrej Sibalic. His performance is not just a sports competition, but also a message of willpower, determination, and unity that brings us together.”

Inviting the entire country to support the athlete in his competition on March 14, Milatovic stated, “On March 14, we will all stand together under the colors of Montenegro to support Andrej, because this step represents the triumph of spirit, courage, and the belief that boundaries exist only to be overcome. You have already won.”
