Istanbul, October 1 (Hibya) - Precious metals generally rose in commodity markets, while industrial metals showed a mixed performance.

Gold rose 0.50 percent to 4,207.55. Silver gained 1.54 percent to 61.50, while palladium increased 0.42 percent to 1,217.50. Platinum rose 1 percent to 1,736.10.
Among industrial metals, copper fell 0.07 percent to 6.6153, while aluminum declined 1.43 percent to 3,170.35. Zinc rose 0.01 percent to 3,826.70, while lead traded unchanged at 1,877.93.
Nickel fell 0.27 percent to 15,891.50, while tin rose 0.99 percent to 54,129.
