Palestinian Foreign Minister Shaheen evaluates Palestine Studies Observatory
Lisbon, September 15 (Hibya) - The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that Minister Varsen Aghabekian Shaheen attended an academic seminar held at ISCTE University in Lisbon.
According to a statement by the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Shaheen described the initiative to establish a Palestine Studies Observatory as an important step.
Shaheen emphasized the importance of developing partnerships with Palestinian universities and research institutions, exchanging academics and students, and conducting joint scientific studies. She also stressed the need to protect Palestinian educational and academic institutions and safeguard the right to education.
