Radman: Croatia's international position is being strengthened
Zagreb, August 24 (Hibya) - Croatian Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Gordan Grlic Radman highlighted the key role of diplomatic missions in strengthening the country's international position and announced that working meetings with representatives had begun.
Croatian Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Gordan Grlic Radman said that ahead of tomorrow's Conference of Ambassadors, Consuls General, Consuls and Military Attachés of the Republic of Croatia, they had launched working meetings by gathering with diplomats within the ministry.
Radman said the talks addressed current foreign policy priorities, consular issues, crisis management and economic diplomacy, adding that the aim is to increase the effectiveness of Croatia's diplomatic and consular network.
Referring to the role undertaken by the missions, Radman said, "Our diplomatic and consular missions play a key role in protecting Croatian interests and our citizens, strengthening Croatia's international position and maintaining ties with Croatians abroad."
