Rutte congratulates Meloni
Brussels, September 4 (Hibya) – NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte congratulated Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni for leading the longest-serving government in the post-war history of the Italian Republic.
Addressing Meloni, Rutte said, “Congratulations to my friend Giorgia Meloni for leading the longest-serving government in the post-war history of the Italian Republic.”
Rutte thanked Italy for being a “great ally” in NATO and highlighted the country’s role within the Alliance.
