Sanchez: Today’s Spain is the work of women like Bustelo
Madrid, October 16 (Hibya) – Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez made a statement following the death of former member of the Spanish Congress, Carlota Bustelo.
Former member of the Spanish Congress, Carlota Bustelo, has passed away at the age of 85.
Prime Minister Sanchez stated that today’s Spain is the work of women like Carlota Bustelo, who made equality and freedom their personal cause.
Sanchez thanked Bustelo for paving the way and for all that she taught them, adding: “A heartfelt embrace to her family, friends, and all the socialists who mourn her loss today.”
