Sandu: Russia is endangering the lives of our people
Chisinau, March 17 (Hibya) – President of Moldova Maia Sandu announced that a Russian-made unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) found in the village of Tudora was carrying explosives, emphasizing that Russia has seriously violated Moldova’s airspace and sovereignty.
President of Moldova Maia Sandu shared the findings reached by security units regarding an aerial vehicle found within the country’s borders.
Drawing attention to the incident in the village of Tudora, Sandu said, "It has been determined that the Russian-made unmanned aerial vehicle found today in Moldova’s Tudora village was carrying explosives. This is a serious violation of our airspace and a threat to our citizens."
Criticizing Russia’s actions, President Sandu stated, "Russia repeatedly violates our sovereignty and endangers the lives of our people."
