Sybiha: Attack around Barakah Nuclear Power Plant is unacceptable
Kyiv, May 17 (Hibya) - Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha described as unacceptable the attack around the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant in the United Arab Emirates, where an electricity generator was targeted by a drone.
In a statement by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha, it was stated that the drone attack targeting an electricity generator around the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant in the United Arab Emirates was unacceptable.
The statement emphasized that the safety of nuclear facilities must be absolutely guaranteed, while noting that Ukraine has faced attacks on its energy infrastructure over the past four years, creating a global risk.
